Jiu-Jitsu helps improve physical condition by building strength, flexibility, and endurance. It also teaches discipline, focus, and self-control. In addition, it increases confidence, reduces stress, and provides useful self-defense skills for everyday life.

ADULT CLASSES

45min classes, 4 times a week, + extra hour for sparring session

    6:15pm - 7:00pm

    Open Mat

    7:00pm - 8:00pm

    Saturday

    Open mat

    11:00 - 13:00

KIDS CLASSES

Ages 4 and up, 3 times a week. Each class 45 min

  • Tuesday & Thursday

    5:00pm - 5:45pm

    Saturday

    10:00am - 10:45pm
